- Short Term - Let us know the length you will need in order to get the assignment finished and we can find the person for you.
- Long Term - This is our specialty. We know that long-term assistance require time, training and commitment. We offer a screening program to make sure the selection process is reliable and dependable to fill your employment needs. Interviews will be included and we will help match your ideal candidate to you.
- Temporary to Hire - We provide a policy for both parties to have the opportunity of mutual evaluate employment prior to making serious employment commitments.
- Direct Hire - This is an option if you have limited time for the hiring process. We will give you candidates that are qualified and meet your specific skill set that you will need for the position.
- Payroll Service Plan - You can utilize our payroll service plan if you have a candidate in mind but are not ready to make an employment commitment. The candidate will complete the application process and becomes an Excel employee covered by our workers' compensation and unemployment insurance. We also cover the payroll taxes!
