You can print a blank time sheet by clicking on the link below. Return your completed time sheet to Excel by one of the following methods:
1. Scan and e-mail to payroll@excelstaff.com;
2. Drop off your completed time sheet at the location below:

IMPORTANT: WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR TIME SHEET BY 12 NOON MONDAY FOR YOUR PAY TO BE DEPOSITED BY THURSDAY. TIME SHEET MUST BE APPROVED AND SIGNED BY YOUR ONSITE SUPERVISOR.

Time sheets received after 12 NOON will be processed the next week. Unsigned time sheets will delay your pay. Alterations will void the time sheet. In case of an error, fill out a new time sheet.  
Excel is a disclosed limited agent for each customer to which you are assigned.
