Excel's contract ordering period is from September 23, 2009 through September 22, 2014. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Schedule contract that provides for Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) or Labor Hour task orders to be placed using the labor categories and ceiling rates defined in the contract. Order type is at the discretion of the ordering agency.

Under TAPS - Schedule 736, Excel will provide proven temporary staff. Choose from various occupations such as administrative and clerical support, automatic data processing, general services and support, information and arts, technical and professional.

Assignments can range up to a maximum of 240 workdays, as defined in the code of federal regulations, CFR § 300.504. Although, ordering agencies can also hire temporary employees to implement the economic stimulus law according to OPM. OPM has authorized the use of excepted-service appointments agencies can use for up to one year to fill positions at any grade level in the New Mexico region.
